About Greyton Art Walk
Greyton hosted its first Art Walk in already in 2017
It is with proudness that Greyton Art Walk (GAW) is going for the 8th year of exhibiting art work and uplifting artists. It is still our main objective to provide a platform for artists to exhibiting art and to get Greyton back as art village destination in the Western Cape.
GAW organizers is pleased to announce that at the last two GAW weekends more than 180 art pieces were sold with 60 artists exhibiting every year. Greyton is also re-established as THE art village with eight galleries / places in town and a Sunday art market.
Free admission to all galleries and GAW Art Centers (November 2024) will provide you with an opportunity to view over a thousand pieces of art, including 600 pieces created by youngsters.
Our method of treating you to art in our charming town of Greyton is to "walk the experience" with our guide to all the open studios and GAW Explorer brochure. We have launched our QR-code-enabled website, which will further promote Greyton, the companies, and the artist.
