Ronel Wood

Ronel Wood is now taking her artistic expression to a new level while in her late 70s. The creative spark re-ignited after she moved from KZN (where she has lived for many years) to the picturesque village of Greyton in the Overberg (Western Cape - South Africa).

Here she finds her inspiration from walking her Border Collie in the shadow of the majestic Riviersonderend mountains; while tending to her vegetable patch; or observing the sunset with her three cats at her side, while sipping a glass of red wine.

Ronel recently joined an amateur artist group where she connects and shares with other local creative people where they are learning to hone their skills as visual artists. At the moment, acrylic paint on canvas is her favourite medium.

While Ronel continues to express her talent as an author and musician, she delights in this new creative life.
