Artist Information
Born in Amersfoort Mphumalanga. I began my love for art in my early days at school. Started painting with oils in 1997 in my free time. I'm a self-taught artist and do not have any professional art training, however I attended art classes in 2006 with the well known artist Pieter Millard while staying at Hartebeespoortdam.
Since I moved to Hermanus in 2014 and having more free time on hand, I started to paint more seriously under the guidance of Jeandre Marinier.The medium that I mostly use is oil on canvas. I love painting seascapes , flowers and nudes and do commissions.
I have exhibited over the years at local markets and had my own gallery. I have paintings in homes locally, America and Greece.
I am a member of South African Artist, Hermanus Art circle, Art in the park and Artist under the Sun.

Watching my mom’s art journey from our living room to exhibitions has been inspiring. Her self-taught path to creating masterpieces fills me with pride. Every exhibition she adds to her journey reminds me of the passion and dedication she pours into her work. I’m so proud of her.
